We only accept orders via phone, 613-592-0225 please give us a call and we will do our best to take your call – if the line is busy, please try again.
Our takeout menu is located on our website — kanata.fratelli.ca — beer and wine are also available for takeout.
Our standard pickup time is 15-20 minutes for most orders, some will take longer depending on the volume, and the availability of the kitchen. We will do our best to give you a helpful timeline to ensure your arrival is on time. Orders can be pre-ordered up to an hour prior pickup.
When you arrive, you must be wearing a mask to enter the restaurant, please follow the signage to the pickup area
We are accepting all formats of payment – Cash, Interact, Credit Cards including American Express. We sanitize our machines after every use. We also offer hand sanitizer at the pick-up area. We also allow for payment over the phone, please advise when you are placing your order.
